摘要
某一型号的外圈带内油槽型向心关节轴承在挤压装配后出现内外圈卡滞、轴承旋转灵活性差的问题,经分析后发现其主要原因是外圈在装配挤压过程中因轴承变形导致内油槽沟曲率减小,同时外圈内油槽与外圈内球面交接处的过度圆角沟曲率过小会导致其与内圈球面之间的接触应力增大,内圈、外圈受力发生变形导致轴承卡滞。提出改进措施:将轴承外圈内油槽沟曲率增大,同时增大外圈内油槽与外圈内球面交接处过渡圆角,优化改进后的轴承能够满足使用需求。

Abstract
A certain model of concentric bearing with an inner oil groove on the outer ring exhibited inner/outer ring jamming and reduced rotational flexibility after compression assembly. Analysis revealed that the primary cause was deformation of the outer ring during assembly, which decreased the curvature of the inner oil groove. Additionally, the excessively small curvature of the transition arc at the junction between the inner oil groove and the outer ring's inner spherical surface resulted in high contact stress between them. This deformation caused bearing jamming. The proposed improvement measures include increasing the curvature of the outer ring's inner oil groove and enlarging the fillet at the connection between the inner oil groove and the outer ring's inner spherical surface. The optimized bearing now meets operational requirements.
