摘要

化工搅拌器叶轮的设计直接影响着混合效率与过程质量。传统的叶轮设计往往无法满足多目标优化的需求,特别是在提高混合效率、降低能耗和提升操作稳定性方面。本文提出了一种基于多目标优化的方法,针对搅拌器叶轮进行性能优化设计,结合数值模拟与实验数据分析,探索不同类型叶轮在优化过程中的效果。通过对比优化前后搅拌器的混合效率、能耗和稳定性,发现优化后的叶轮在提高混合效率的有效降低了能量消耗。研究结果为化工搅拌器叶轮设计提供了新的思路和方法,具有重要的工程应用价值。

Abstract

The design of impellers for chemical reactor agitators directly influences mixing efficiency and process quality. Traditional impeller designs often fail to meet the requirements of multi-objective optimization, especially in improving mixing efficiency, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing operational stability. This paper proposes a multi-objective optimization approach for performance optimization of agitator impellers. By combining numerical simulation with experimental data analysis, the effectiveness of different impeller types during the optimization process is investigated. Comparisons of mixing efficiency, energy consumption, and stability before and after optimization reveal that the optimized impeller improves mixing efficiency while effectively reducing energy consumption. The research results provide new insights and methodologies for the design of chemical reactor agitator impellers, demonstrating significant engineering application value.
