摘要

坐姿是我们日常生活、工作中重要的一种姿势，也是非常关键且必要的部分。随着社会生活节奏不断加快，人们对自己的坐姿做出了很多改变，但是由于人们的坐姿受到很多因素影响，导致其结果不太理想，传统坐姿方法也存在很多问题。因此为了解决坐姿方式存在的问题，设计一款智能坐姿提醒系统。该产品主要由STC89S52单片机、按键模块、LCD1602液晶显示屏构成，实现对使用者坐姿信息分析并在LED数码显示模块上显示，进行语音提示。

Abstract

Sitting posture is an important posture in our daily life and work, which is also a very critical and necessary part. As the pace of social life accelerates, people have made a lot of changes to their sitting posture, but because people's sitting posture is affected by many factors, the results are not ideal, and the traditional sitting posture method also has many problems. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of sitting posture, an intelligent sitting posture reminder system is designed. The product is mainly composed of STC89S52 single-chip microcomputer, button module and LCD1602 LCD display screen, which realizes the user's sitting posture information analysis and display on the LED digital display module for voice prompt.
