摘要

通过WK-35电铲生产过程中对行走系统进行理论分析,找到履带架幅板驱动轮安装位外侧安装耳变形失效的原因,利用焊接应力进行矫正试验达到预期效果,成功解决现场检修难题。

关键词: 焊缝收缩量;刚性固定;反变形

Abstract

Through the theoretical analysis of the traveling system in the production process of WK-35 electric shovel, the reason for the deformation and failure of the mounting lug outside the mounting position of the driving wheel of the crawler frame web plate was found, and the welding stress was used for the correction test to achieve the desired effect, which successfully solved the problem of on-site maintenance.
