摘要

步入新时代以来，我国化学工业获得快速发展，成为新时代社会工业体系的支柱产业，可满足各行业对优质化学品的需求。由于化工生产活动主要涉及腐蚀性较强、容易侵蚀生产设备的特殊材料，对企业安全生产管理能力、意外事故调节控制能力提出了较高要求，为降低意外设备事故发生几率，消除往期错误管理方法的负面影响，必须根据实际情况制定专业设备操作使用模式与具体控制指标，把握影响生产效率与作业安全性的核心制约因素，提升化工企业生产活动安全管理水平。本文主要分析了新时代化工企业生产活动基本属性，并总结了较为常见的化工生产设备事故，论证了事故发生原因与有效控制事故影响的调节措施。
