in semiconductor packaging enterprises， manufacturing equipment is an important material basis for semiconductor companies to carry out product business. Due to the rapid development of semiconductor technology in the past three years， industrial competition is also increasing rapidly. Therefore， how to manage and make good use of these semiconductor manufacturing facilities and improve the level of manufacturing facilities is important to enhance the ability of semiconductor manufacturing companies in industry competition and promote the upgrading and development of companies.
